Rowing, Crew and Oar Blades

You never know from where inspiration will come.  As many cities are revving up for their head races, aka rowing time-trials, I thought of those oars hanging in the boat houses and the last summer-like days at the shingled beach houses on the shore.  We are turning to the school year now.  Fall will come full blast soon and apple pies are just around the corner, but before the days get darker and shorter, it’s good to take a minute and soak up the sun on those soccer fields and long lawns.
