Mayan Deco

I frequently joke that I like to deco everything.  From animals to furniture, giving objects a deco look is one of my favorite things!  At one time in college, I studied mesoamerican archaeology, so bringing up some Mayan temples in my designs seemed a natural segue.

I played a lot with the repeat on this one, which is part of the fun of surface design.  This is my favorite, but you might think about how you would have placed the central motif on different household objects like kleenex boxes or gift bags.  After all, the arrangement is what surface design is all about!
