It’s a Boy!

April showers bring May flowers… and sometimes babies!  If you are headed to another baby shower and looking to personalize a gift, it might be a fun time to consider printing your own design on fabric and creating a few re-usable bags like the kind we get at make-up counters.  This doesn’t take that much fabric, so you could purchase some of the at-home fabric printing pages and do it on your own printer.

Adding the baby’s name or even just the family name can really personalize the gift and make it something the new mother will smile over whenever she pulls it out of the diaper bag!  To make the bag, try making two seams up the sides and, leaving one side taller than the other, attach a little velcro to create a self-seal.  Simple, but effective!
